Our Commitment to Pro Bono Services
Reyes Legal proudly created the Carlos J. Martin Tribute Center for Pro Bono Work. A former Florida Coastal School of Law Alumni and Clinical Attorney, Carlos J. Martin passed unexpectedly in April of 2013. During his time as a Clinical Attorney he was immensely gratified by the pro bono work he provided in the clinical programs. This Center pays tribute to Carlos, the work he did and the lives he helped change.
Honoring Carlos’s legacy, Reyes Legal continues to commit time and resources pro bono to underprivileged immigrants in our community, who would unlikely be able to afford quality legal representation.
As of December 2020, Reyes Legal has provided pro bono services to many cases and performed over 1,020 hours of pro bono legal services. Our commitment to pro bono work was recognized and awarded when Attorney Reyes received the 2018 Florida Bar President’s Pro Bono Award for the 4th Judicial Circuit. Attorney Reyes was also awarded the AILA Central Florida Chapter Pro Bono Champion Award in October of 2018.
