At Reyes Legal, being your legal representative means more than just signing a legal document on your behalf. More than just your attorney, Reyes Legal is committed to you as your counselor and your advocate .

Reyes Legal was created on the notion that immigration not only affects the individual but it also extends to families, communities and the economy. Providing quality exclusive immigration legal services allows us to focus on the needs of each one of those entities.

Here, we are of the philosophy that no human being is “illegal” and our mission is to ensure we zealously assert and defend your legal rights in determining and obtaining your immigration relief.

Reyes Legal can represent you in a diversity of immigration issues from anywhere in the United States. Here is how:

In the United States, immigration law is governed by the Immigration and Nationality Act, INA by its abbreviation. Congress created the INA in 1952 officially codifying nearly more than two (2) centuries of past immigration laws. As a creation of Congress, the INA, and thus immigration law, is a federal law. Among many things, the INA contains the laws on the inadmissibility and removability of individuals, defines refugee and asylees, discusses the process for nonimmigrant visas, lays out the adjustment of status process, provides the eligibility for the employment-based categories, and establishes the process for citizenship and naturalization.

As a licensed attorney in the state of Florida who exclusively practices immigration law, Attorney Reyes can assist you in your immigration case, no matter your location. However, keep in mind that if you have a removal case (commonly referred to as a deportation proceeding) outside the state of Florida, Reyes Legal’s services will be limited because your case is subject to the jurisdiction of the immigration court where you reside. For all other immigration matters, we have the necessary technological tools to work with you long distance.
